Al Bounni
Manar Al Bounni joined the Music By Numbers team in June 2018, shortly after calling Canada his home. He is a Certified Management Accountant from the U.S Institute of Management Accountants since November 2013 and holds a masters degree in finance from The Arab Academy for Banking & Financial Science, as well as a bachelor degree in accounting from Damascus University.
As an account manager/accountant, Manar brings over fifteen years of professional experience in different management levels and different countries, paired with excellent interpersonal skills, in particular his negotiation, conflict management and decision making abilities. His experience and skill set, as well as great personal qualities, such as leadership, precision, flexibility and analysis capacities, allow Manar to continue to move forward in his career.
Aside from continuing his education in accounting, Manar volunteered at the Institution of Management Accounting USA, where he served as vice-president of membership and events organisation of the Riyadh chapter from 2015 to 2018. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
In his free time, Manar loves his family and he enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and daughter. He also likes to meet friends and play cards and video games. He enjoys watching movies and soccer games. His favorite team? The Red Devils (Manchester United)!
